THE SITUATION

Our client managed hundreds of customer contracts, none in a standard format. Commercial details covering products, pricing, entitlements, and contract terms were buried in unstructured PDFs with no centralized system to query against.

Revenue risk was the real consequence. Without a reliable way to validate what was booked against what was provisioned, leakage and renewal errors were live operational exposure, not edge cases.

THE SOLUTION

GrowthArc built a centralized platform to ingest, parse, structure, and reconcile contracts at scale. The core design principle was deliberate: extraction without validation does not generate trust. Contracts needed to serve as a validation layer, checked against live finance and CRM data.

To handle document variability without sacrificing accuracy, a hybrid AI and rule-based extraction model was chosen over a pure AI approach.

WHAT WE BUILT

A four-layer platform on Snowflake, covering ingestion, storage and tracking, AI-powered extraction, and cross-system reconciliation. Structured contract data is validated against finance and CRM records, with exceptions surfaced at source for immediate resolution.

Business users can query contract details in natural language, removing any dependency on SQL or analyst support.
