THE SITUATION
A global networking and security company needed to deliver enterprise software packages reliably to customers and devices worldwide. Any gap between what was released and what customers could access translated directly into support load, deployment delays, and eroded confidence.
No existing system could meet that brief. What was needed was a purpose-built platform capable of ingesting, validating, storing, and distributing software at scale, with the security posture enterprise customers require.
THE SOLUTION
GrowthArc approached this as an architecture problem before a delivery problem. The guiding principle was repeatability: a platform that any qualified engineer could deploy, extend, and operate, without depending on the team that originally built it.
Full AWS infrastructure was designed across four environments from sandbox to production. Every security control was automated, every layer was codified, and the entire stack was built to be region-agnostic from day one.
WHAT WE BUILT
A fully codified, cloud-native delivery platform on AWS, covering networking, compute, storage, CDN, security, and disaster recovery, structured as a controlled three-stage pipeline from release intake to customer download.
Security was designed in layers at both the edge and application perimeter. Disaster recovery spans two regions, with automated failover and subsecond data replication, targeting a two-hour recovery window and fifteen minutes of maximum data exposure.
THE OUTCOME
A full production environment deploys in under 60 minutes, repeatable across any region. Failover is fully automatic, DR recovery lands under two hours, and security scanning returned zero open findings at launch.
Beyond the numbers, the platform serves a global customer base through a system that any engineer can own, with sub-second response times and no dependency on the people who built it.
<60 min
Full deploy time
Complete production environment, any region, from a single command
2 hr
DR recovery target
Full platform recovery with under 15 minutes of data exposure across two regions
4
Environments shipped
Sandbox to production, each consistent, each independently deployable.
FUTURE OUTLOOK
Adding new regions, environments, or delivery capabilities is now an extension exercise, not a rebuild. The platform absorbs growth without structural change.
As the software portfolio expands, the controlled pipeline architecture provides the right intervention point for new validation logic or quality gates, without touching what is already in production.
