- Our customer is a large-scale Hi-Tech software IT company provides a premier Field Service Management system (FSM) for contractors and providers which houses capabilities to manage Front Office and Field Operations, Customer Experience and Management Insights.
- To meet their ever-growing customer base and market needs, the client required to digitize their GTM processes to cater to the rising front office & back-office challenges. With limited resources at disposal and their drive to be the largest FSM system, the need of the hour was to deliver the changes with speed and accuracy.
- The front office has multiple integrations which are enhanced constantly to provide multiple functionalities for best customer experience with an aim to faster time to market. Due to these fast changes, the team involved was handling all regression testing cycles manually.
SOLUTION:
GrowthArc kicked off their collaboration with an aim to fastrack client’s application enhancements helping the client keep up with its users’ expectations and market demands.
It all started with reviewing the current technical landscape, conducting a thorough automation tool feasibility study and recommending a suitable AI powered tool as the preferred technology of choice. It was required to build a robust, easy to maintain automated regression suite and Growth Arc, with its in-house experts, built a robust and a reliable regression suite for Salesforce & Workday. The team of experts also used a functional decomposition approach to minimize the maintenance.
OUTCOME:
All of this collectively, led to 70% regression test efficiency thereby saving up 100 operational hours per month for our client. This also involves a minimal maintenance effort and a more reliable solution for long-term benefits.
