The client now faces an ever-growing challenge of increasing productivity leakage within their organization arising from multiple applications to use across tasks, diluting focus from the actual job. The overwhelming effects are observed across business functions, from Business Technology & Workplace Experience to Commercial and Finance units.
SOLUTION:
As GrowthArc we partnered and evaluated the problem space causing productivity dilution across business functions. The perspective put together was to serve organizational outcomes driving focus towards “tasks to do” versus “softwares to use” and how AI can unlock latent productivity.
